Hiram Williams Figueroa

Hiram Williams Figueroa, J.D., has been leading the Racial Equity Building Institute for the Americas - REBIA’s team since March 2023. A team member of FCPR for the past two years where he held a position as Renewable Energy Manager, leading renewable access projects at critical facilities to become community resiliency centers, for their communities. His goal is to lead his team to become an agent of change to facilitate resources and exchange of knowledge to influence public policy with a racial equity lens. Williams has a Juris Doctor and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, both from Inter American University - Puerto Rico. He is also an enthusiastic cello player.
