Esther Agbaje

Esther Agbaje is a Staff Attorney with the Public Health Law Center providing legal technical assistance on commercial tobacco control and climate justice issues. Prior to joining PHLC, she was a plaintiff’s attorney with a focus on medical malpractice, personal injury, and class actions. Esther is a former Foreign Affairs Officer with the U.S. Department of State. In that role she managed rule of law projects in the Middle East focusing on Egypt and the Gulf states. Esther also serves as a Minnesota State Representative. She enjoys playing her flute in local bands and salsa dancing.
