Our aim is to provide complimentary registrations for students and individuals representing communities or community-based organizations that may need support to attend. Individuals or professionals that work for or represent established non-profit organizations or federal, state and local government entities are not eligible for complimentary registration. To request a complimentary registration, contact Tierra Anderson at email@example.com.
Pay By Check or By Phone
To request to pay by check or by phone, please call our office adirectly at 919-680-4000. We can process your payment immediately or provide you with details for registering while we await the arrival of your payment by mail.
If your employer requires an invoice to process your registration, contact Jasmine Winterdal at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Accessing the Event Virtually
While the State of Black Health Regional Forum will NOT be streamed live, recordings of all main sessions will be made available for registered attendees and sold online for non-registered patrons.

We are honored that you are making plans to attend the State of Black Health Biennial Conference. However, we also understand that plans can change unexpectedly.
Cancellation notices must be submitted in writing to the The Center for Black Health & Equity by November 14th in order to receive a full refund. After this date, a $25 administration fee may be applied to all transactions. When possible, we will make an effort to honor requests to transfer a registration to another party.
Conference "no shows" and cancellations that occur within 24 hours of the start of our event are not be eligible for a refund.
All aforementioned cancellation policies may be amended as restrictions related to COVID-19 change.
